It is just amazing how quickly the pups develop.  Every day something new or improved is happening.  They have discovered their ability to bark, which is a step up from growling.  Growling seems to be Darla's favorite thing to do, just give her an excuse.  Their coordination just keeps improving, crawling is almost a thing of the past now.  I fully expect in the next few days that Largo and Spanky will be out of the nest box exploring their ever expanding environment.  They do a lot of peeking over the entrance.  It's obvious that their ears have finally opened.  They react to just about every sound they aren't familiar with by turning their heads toward it.  And they know the sound of the door to their room opening, they may be snoozing but, when that door opens, the puppy pile explodes, almost as violently as when Lorelei sticks her head in their box.
